Research Interests

My scientific interests lie at the intersection of evolutionary biology and medicine. I am broadly interested in the evolution of infectious diseases and their control. Currently my work focuses on the maintenance of antibiotic resistance genes via genetic or environmental means. I am also interested in improving my badminton serve and discovering/cooking Asian food in Zürich.
