Research interests
Broadly speaking, I study mosquito-borne diseases and mosquito ecology, using theoretical approaches including mathematical models and computer simulations.
My current research focuses on the evolution of resistance to antimalarial drugs, integrating malaria epidemiology, within-host and within-vector dynamics and vector ecology to characterize the conditions leading to resistance arising and spreading.
